Our Work

An estimated 33.5 million people in Uganda are below the age of 30.

With limited resources, education, and mental health services countrywide, the need for intervention for this demographic is not only needed, but necessary.

We are on a mission to bridge that gap by investing in the needs of young adults via a holistic model that integrates impactful mental health support.

Our Projects

Why Young People

The connection between a young person’s practical needs and emotional

needs is strong. However, Kairos recognizes a glaring lack of holistic

investment within the development sphere. We are on a mission to bridge

that gap by investing in the needs of young adults via a holistic model

that integrates impactful mental health support.

We view young adults as the "invisible middle" in the realm of development.

As an organization, we are convinced that young adults have the potential not only to significantly reshape their own lives but also to impact the lives of those within their social circle and the broader community.
